In some cases we can connect to your computer remotely to expedite your repair. This is done with a remote access software that will only connect to us and must be initiated by you to connect. We can not connect to your computer without you first initiating the connection. For remote support please follow these steps.
1. Call us at (719) 531-9192
2. When instructed click here.
3. You will be prompted to run the program, click “Run”. (You may have to click this twice.)
4. When the support session is done the software will unload.
